Oven light not working
The chamber light is out.
A simple symptom can have several causes. Check the equipment and old part before requesting an identification.

- Inspect the bulb
A blown high-temperature bulb usually shows a broken filament or a darkened envelope. If it looks intact, it probably is.
No part needed if this is your fault - Check the holder and the switch
Heat degrades the lamp holder and its contacts faster than it kills bulbs. If a known-good bulb still does not light, the holder or the switch is the fault and a new bulb will not help.
No part needed if this is your fault - Replace with a heat-rated bulb
Use a lamp rated for oven chamber temperature. A standard household bulb in an oven fails within days and can shatter.
