Machines we cover

Electric deck ovens, proofers and convection ovens from the manufacturers whose equipment is serviced across Asia-Pacific.

This is a scope list, not a parts lookup. It tells you which machines we work on and what usually goes wrong with them. It does not claim that a particular part fits a particular model — that answer comes from your photographs and our measurements, and you will find it on the individual part pages marked as verified or likely.

Model figures below (16 models) are as published by the manufacturers, with the source linked under each table. Published deck ratings are for the whole deck — never divide one to work out an element’s wattage.

Sinmag 新麦

Taiwan / China

The largest installed base of Chinese-built bakery equipment in Southeast Asia. Sinmag also sells into North America under the LBC name, and those machines share much of their mechanism — which is why English service documentation exists for equipment whose Asian model numbers have none.

Classical deck oven series

Electric deck ovens with independent steam per deck and separate top and bottom heat control. The control side — thermostat, probe, contactor — accounts for more service calls on these than the elements do.

SM-803 deck oven

Widely deployed across the region in both electric and gas variants. We supply parts for the electric side only — no gas valves, igniters or gas trains.

Simple proofer series

Straightforward machines with a short fault list: the humidity element, the water level switch, and scale build-up in the tray account for most of it.

HOMAT 好麦

Wuxi, China · Wuxi Homat Bakery Equipment Co., Ltd.

A full-line manufacturer — deck ovens, rotary rack ovens, convection ovens, tunnel ovens, proofers, mixers, dividers, moulders, sheeters and slicers. We work on the electric heating and control side of their ovens and proofers.

Oven and proofer range

Model designations are not published on the manufacturer's public pages. Send the nameplate photo — on these machines the plate carries what we need.

BRESSO 韩焙

Shanghai, China · 韓焙机械科技(上海)有限公司

Also trades as Hanbake. Sells complete bakery lines sized by floor area, so a single site often runs several of their machines with shared components.

Oven range

Published as named series — Master, Champion MAX, French customizable, and European / Korean AIR models — rather than as model numbers. The nameplate is the reliable identifier.

KOLB 高比

Swiss design, manufactured in Huizhou, China · KOLB Huizhou Ltd.

Founded in Switzerland by Ernst Kolb in 1935 and part of the German Wiesheu group since 2017. The European design lineage matters for parts: flange patterns, hole spacing and fittings can differ from the Chinese-designed brands, so we measure KOLB machines independently rather than assuming anything carries across.

Laguna deck ovens / Atoll convection ovens

Also builds Tornado rotary ovens, pizza ovens, proofers and retarder proofers. Current research covers deck, convection and proofer categories; rotary ovens are outside this initial scope.

Southstar 赛思达

Guangzhou, China · Guangzhou Southstar Machinery Facilities Co., Ltd.

High export volume into Southeast Asia, which means a large installed base of machines whose original supplier is often no longer in contact with the site.

Deck oven series

Published as series names rather than model numbers: EBE (European style electric), Luxurious, Standard, Common and Economic. Identify from the nameplate, not the series name.

Sunmate 三麦

China

Part of the same manufacturing cluster as several other brands sold in this region, which is often why a part from one machine turns out to fit another with a different name on the door.

We work on this equipment but have not published model data for it yet. Send the nameplate and we will tell you what we know.

Sanko 三幸

Japan

Japanese design lineage. We do not assume Japanese-designed machines share components with the Chinese-built brands — they are measured separately.

We work on this equipment but have not published model data for it yet. Send the nameplate and we will tell you what we know.

Your machine not listed?

Send the nameplate. Most bakery ovens sold in this region are built from shared components, so the name on the door is often not what decides which part fits — and a machine we have never heard of frequently takes a part we already carry.
