How it works
1. Send photos
Send these photos through the enquiry form or WhatsApp:
- The nameplate — usually on the side or the back of the oven
- The old part, out of the machine, on a clean surface
- Where it sits in the machine, before you remove it
- Any writing on the part — numbers, codes, stamps
For electrical parts, also include a clear photo of the terminal side and the nameplate rating.
Measurement-matched parts
For a door gasket, float switch or hinge, add clear caliper photos that show the measurement scale and the part feature being measured:
- Gasket: cut-end cross-section and channel shape
- Float switch: stem, thread, float and mounting direction
- Hinge or spring: hole centres, plate thickness and left/right orientation
2. We read the dimensions
We compare the photos and measurements with verified sample and supplier records. Product-specific dimensions and electrical ratings remain unpublished until they have been checked.
3. We report what the evidence supports
| Answer | What it means |
|---|---|
| This part fits | A measured sample or customer-verified installation supports the fit |
| This part probably fits — check these two dimensions | The specification matches, but we have not confirmed it on your exact machine |
| We cannot confirm a fit | We tell you what else to measure, or we tell you we are not the right supplier for this one |
The third answer is a real answer. We would rather lose the order than send you a part that does not go in.
Shipping, payment and other order terms are not published while product identification and customer research are underway. This page explains the identification process only.
